Blue with a few scratches in the paint. 53cm seat tube c-c, comes with a decent shape Velo seat, nice seat post, bottom bracket, Sugino crankset, headset, stem and bars, side-pull Dia-Compe brakes, and a Suntour drivetrain. Great old bike to build up however you like. There isn’t any major dings or dents on the frame.
